I decided this split AC/Heater for a several reasons.
Pros:
1. Quieter than window and portable
2. You don't need a big hole on the wall for using window AC or portable AC on the floor
3. Energy efficiency than portable.
4. It is cooling and heating 
5. It equipt inverter system that it doesn't require high wattage for kicking on 
Cons:
1. It costs little more compare to window and portable on the same BTU.





This is 1800 watt inverter generator.

This is tankless instant propane gas heated water heater.

2. Most van builder using this item
3. simple and a small space on the wall

I bought 2 of this item for ventilating the shower booth/bathroom and propane heater.
This item is operated on DC 12 volt.
I have 2 AC 110 volt fans and I will use this for AC cooling air circulation and ventilation mounted on the side window.

I do not use the roof fan because I really don't like to make a big hole on the roof and also for the stealth.

I bought this AC 110 volt residential refrigerator rather than DC 12 volt powered RV refrigerator because of these reasons;
1. Price ($200 vs. $1300 or more)
2. Design and space is much better
3. Electric power compsions? may be little less than DC RV type refrigerator but it depends.




I might return and buy 24x32 shower pan for the space.
